A Day in the Life: My Spiritual Daily Routine for Balance, Manifestation & Peace
Morning Flow: Wake, Water, Move, Breathe
6 AM hits. The first thing I do?
I reach for the blinds and pull those curtains back. Natural light floods the room, not just for me, but for my plant babies as well. They deserve morning sunshine too.
Then I lay right back down. Yep. Before I rush into anything, I check in with myself. I close my eyes, breathe, and scan my body. Where’s the tension? Where’s the ease? No judgment — just awareness.
After that… It’s go time.
-
Chlorophyll water — first thing. Hydrate, cleanse, activate.
-
Oral hygiene check: Tongue scraped. Teeth brushed. Mouth rinsed with intention.
-
Dog walk: Fresh air. Grounding. Both of us are catching the early morning earth energy.
-
One sacred cup of coffee. Just one. Fully enjoyed. Fully present.
-
Breakfast: Fuel. Nothing skipped. The body needs nourishment to do what it does.
-
Workout + Creatine: Movement is medicine. This is where I alchemize energy — from sluggish to empowered.
-
Shower: Water resets everything. A literal baptism for the day ahead.
-
Smudge: Clear the field. Cleanse the space. Light the herbs, wave the smoke, and whisper:
“I move through this day protected, purified, and powerful.”
This is how I rise. Not rushed. Not chaotic. Just rooted.
Once I’m watered, fed, and moved… the day becomes flow.
Some days, I’m deep in my research rabbit holes. Reading. Learning. Expanding my mind and feeding my spirit. Other days, I take myself to my favorite little local coffee shop — especially if I’m out of creamer (because no, I don’t play about my coffee rituals). Laptop open. Vibes on. I get into my writing bag there.
I’m currently on vacation from streaming until August 2025, so the days are feeling softer, freer, more open to be led by what feels good. And baby, if the muse doesn’t show up? No problem. I pull out the cute fits, the silk, the lace, the body oils… and I play dress up. I tap into my sensuality, create content, and pour energy into my men’s fan space (women are always welcome too — this space holds softness for everybody). I’m currently building this and adding regularly starting July 2025.
I’m learning that work can be a ritual. Content can be art. And being seen is sacred currency.
Evening Flow: Nourish & Wind Down
Lunch is simple but intentional — a raw plate of fruits, veggies, and a protein. Light. Clean. Alive.
As the sun starts to mellow out, I start sipping my raspberry leaf tea. This has become a ritual for me — womb support, nervous system love, and just a gentle exhale for the body.
Dinner is slow and grounding. Something warm. Something that hugs the soul.
Before bed — always, always — gratitude. I whisper it. I write it. I breathe it. However it flows that day. But I never skip it.
Because no matter what the day held — I am always blessed to have lived it.
My routine isn’t rigid. It’s a rhythm. A sacred groove between discipline and divine feminine flow. Some days are productive. Some are playful. Some are rest. Some are ritual. But every day… is mine.
