Bringing These Into 2021

 


    Everyone is always talking about what they are leaving behind in 2020 but let's not focus on the negativity surrounding last year and focus on positive things instead. I've decided to make my first blog this year about the great things I discovered in 2020 that I am excited to bring into this new year with me.

Vegetarianism. I swear every time I sit down to a meatless meal I get excited. Excited for the new flavors and the overall healthy feeling eating this way makes me feel. As a person who has gone from no red meat to pescatarian completely cutting meat out of my diet was fairly easy, so far I have no meat cravings tho I am almost 2 months in now. 

Working out in the gym. I've always been pretty active from childhood but I've learned in 2020 that I just like working out in the gym much better than the average home workout or park trips and other active activities with my kids. I definitely missed the gym a lot last year due to quarantine in 2020 and am happy to be back in the gym this year.

Using oil on my face. This is something I thought I'd never make a part of my skincare routine until I stumbled across Rose Galore face oil by Moon X Cosmetics (also mentioned on my Xmas wishlist) I have to say it works amazingly. It definitely seals in moisture but also gives u a radiant sun-kissed glow that will make u toss out ur foundation
