Mind Of A Single Man Episode 1

The first episode really set the tone for the rest of the show. You get to see a few things that really stood out and set the personality of the main character Chase. The show opens up with a bedroom scene between Chase, and Aisha. In these first few minutes Chase, begin dropping single male minded tips on how to keep a man happy from cooking to blow jobs. Personally I found this to be a bit cliche. I also learn in the next few scenes that Aisha, is married and Chase has a strict set of rules or a code he dates by. One rule being never to date married woman. I loved tha,t and and was pleased to see the show does honor marriage. As the show progresses the audience is quickly caught up to speed on Chase's past relationship with an ex-fiance. The exchange between the two character was very very deep and filled with emotion as Chase, talking about closure in a very emotional scene where he even shed a tear. I really loved that part as it seemed very true to how people feel and deal with heartbreak. Im looking forward to the next show as the show ends with this scene.
