24th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG Awards)

Ive never been much into award shows except in my younger years when I binge watch music videos and faithfully watched the BET awards. This year I decided to actually look into theses shows and what each of these shows awards honor.

Starting first this year we have The 24th Annual Screen Actors Awards (SAG Awards). The process actually kicking off March 13, 2017 with the drawing of the nominating committee by random sample, ending with a January 19, 2018 deadline for final votes. Making their debut in 1995, the SAG Awards are the only televised awards show to solely honor performers. The SAG presents 13 awards that focus on individual performance and entire performance of a cast in a drama or comedy series, as well as motion picture.
